Two nice software utilities you can use to control your antenna rotator from PC and Android smartphone. At the moment they work only with the Prosistel-D serial protocol (the only one I can test with). The rotator controller is connected to Internet through a ser2net daemon that is installed on a RPI server. On the RPI I am using RemoteQTH server.
From the link below you can download a compressed archive where you can find a jar file for desktop application (Windows, Linux and OsX) and apk file you can install on any Android (5.0 or later) devices.
Copy the jar file in a directory and start it with a double-click or using the command java -jar DMH-Rotator.jar. You need a JRE (1.8 or newer) already installed. The first time you execute the application open the configuration panel and set all the options. As you can see the controller can handle two antennas with its own offsets. Once you change the active antenna the beam direction is updated accordingly.
Copy the apk file in a directory and install it using a APK-Installer or any file manager. You need a Android 5.0 or later Android device. The first time you execute the application open the Settings panel and configure all the options. As you can see the controller can handle two antennas with its own offsets. Once you cange the active antenna the beam direction is updated accordingly.
